Doris is one of the hardest working Realtors
Doris is one of the hardest working Realtors I have ever encountered. When she takes a listing, she gets behind it 110% in terms of her time and her efforts in marketing. Sit back and wait is not in her vocabulary; she is proactive no matter how new or old the listing, buying or selling. Her followup is great and she understands that time is of the essence in all real estate transactions. When I was looking for a home, she previewed many so I didn't have to waste my time. When she sold my home, she provided complete information to assist me with pricing and gave wonderful advice to prepare for the open houses. I have worked with Doris on a dozen or so different transaction from raw land to residential and have been pleased with every one. I highly recommend Doris Bishop.

Working With An Agent >Sales Professionals
A real estate agent's job is to sell your home for the best price, in the shortest time. Another important part of the agent's responsibility is to make the sales process as easy as possible for you, the seller. Your real estate agent can eliminate much of the hassle involved in selling your home, while providing you and your family with the "peace of mind" you need during this sensitive time. Your agent can help you avoid the inconvenience of having buyers stop by unannounced to see your home or your wasting time with those who are not financially qualified to buy your home.
When you list your home with a sales professional, you get an array of valuable services, including the widest possible exposure through Multiple Listing Service. This is the best vehicle to get the most qualified buyers to see your home.
